About
I work behind the scenes supporting how businesses and organisations run. My role is to bring structure, clarity and calm to the operational side of work, particularly when things are busy, evolving or spread across too many tools and processes.
I support founders, consultants and teams who are good at what they do, but don't always have the time or headspace to step back and make sure the moving parts are working as they should.
My work can sit across business setup, operations, programmes, events and marketing systems. Sometimes that means improving what's already in place; other times it's coordinating delivery, creating a process from scratch or getting to grips with unfamiliar tools and platforms so I can help manage the work effectively.
Where I introduce or improve systems and processes, I keep them practical and easy to maintain. The aim isn't to add unnecessary complexity — it's to create something that works for the people actually using it.
I've supported consultancies, leadership coaches and purpose-led organisations across programme delivery, events, data and reporting, marketing and email systems, participant journeys and ongoing operational coordination. Much of this work happens behind the scenes, and I'm mindful about what I share publicly — discretion and trust are central to how I work.
